We chose to go with Madegar because there was a great choice of quality materials, helpful, friendly staff. They made useful suggestions. Were patient with our many changes in design before final estimate. We were on hold during Covid 19 but they communicated by email regularly allaying our fears. Final installation is complete and to a high standard. Distancing and mask wearing were respected. We speak good Spanish but help in English is available. Price was

A Nightmare Experience – Terrible Customer Service from Nailya

I wish I could say my experience with Madegar was positive, but it was nothing short of a nightmare—and Nailya from the sales department was at the center of it all. What should have been an exciting process of choosing custom wooden doors and wardrobes turned into a frustrating ordeal riddled with incompetence and outright rudeness.

From the moment I interacted with Nailya, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. She was cold, dismissive, and made me feel like my questions were an annoyance. Every inquiry was met with sighs, eye-rolling tone, and half-hearted responses, as if I were wasting her precious time. She showed zero patience, zero professionalism, and certainly zero interest in helping me.

The worst part? Every promise she made was broken. Delivery timelines? Wrong. Product details? Misinformed. Follow-ups? Nonexistent unless I begged for updates. The level of disorganization was staggering, but what made it unbearable was the sheer disrespect. She never apologized for mistakes, never took responsibility, and made it clear she didn’t care whether I was satisfied or not.

The products themselves were overshadowed by the horrific experience. No matter how good the craftsmanship might be, nothing could redeem the utter lack of basic decency and professionalism I encountered.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Madegar! Nailya’s appalling customer service ruined what could have been a positive experience, and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Buyer beware.

Good quality work except the frames which were not properly glued and left a space in between them. I was told that using silicon is not a good idea, because it becomes black in time from the dust

Everything fom design to installation was excellent. I could not fault the quality and all for a very reasonable price
