Originally a village to the south-west, now part of Málaga municipality, sitting between the airport and the foothills. Excellent email follow up with MBE (Jeremie) to coordinate the retrieval of my son's lost hat from a Malaga hotel in Spain. I attached a picture of the hat to verify with MBE and the hotel. MBE worked with the hotel to box and ship the hat promptly. I paid through a credit card secure payment system. I received the hat intact and in good condition 5 days later in (CA) U.S. The local FedEx delivered the package to my house. Seamless and smooth transaction. A very happy and impressed first time customer. Highly recommend.
Mail Boxes manager Jeremie was extremely professional and helpful when I needed help with rescuing a painting from customs at Malaga and arranging the necessary paperwork to do so.. He also arranged for the painting to be packed beautifully and transported to London. It arrived safely and in perfect condition. I know the company is trusted by the number of art galleries in Spain to transport their paintings to clients overseas. I would definitely recommend them to others.
I needed to send a small parcel to TNT box in Germany. But I did not read attentively enough that this company I had to ship it to does not accept courier, but only regular post shipments. I received good consultancy in very good English at Mail Boxes etc. Thanks for your professional help.
