About this business
Málaga Hostel Bed & Beachfast offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for travelers looking to explore the beautiful Málaga coastline. Located in Málaga-Este, this hostel provides convenient lodging options just a short walk from the beach. Find directions and contact details below.

About the neighbourhood: Málaga-Este

The Eastern district stretches along the coast from La Malagueta beach to the village-like fishing quarter of El Palo. It contains some of the city's most distinctive areas: La Malagueta (urban beach next to the port), Pedregalejo (palm-lined seafront paseo, traditional espetos), El Palo (working fishing community and casual chiringuitos), and El Limonar / Cerrado de Calderón (residential hillside with sea views). Local buses 11 and 34 connect the entire strip to the city centre. The seafront promenade is continuous and walkable end-to-end.

This hostel is extremely good and I liked it a lot. The staff are so nice, friendly, and very understanding.
One of the best parts was how clean everything wasthe bathrooms and rooms were super, super clean!

The vibe is very chill with plenty of natural sunlight and spacious common areas to relax in. It’s perfect if you want to enjoy your stay calmly without too much noise or "touristy" chaos. Plus, you get enough privacy with the lockers.

Location-wise, it’s unbeatablethe beach and Mercadona are literally a 1-minute walk away. It is 100% worth it and I will definitely be coming back here again and again!
Also there’s curtain on the beds , towel , bed sheets + the kitchen fully equipped

Excellent. Well located for the Cervantes Language School, supermarket and beach. Lovely rooftop. Johnny, the on-site manager, keeps a very close eye on everything. Very clean and everything works. It’s on a noisy road intersection and for some reason attracts some very strange clientele (during December). I extended my stay due to its location and Johnny being so hands on and super helpful. Thank you

Located on extremely noisy intersection with heavy traffic all day and night. All rooms face street. A person in shared room was sick and coughing all day and night. On the second night I called to see if it was possible to change rooms as there were other vacant rooms. The lady I talked to knew that this person had been sick all week and went on to lecture me about how noise is a part of taking a shared room. I am surprised that the staff did not consider moving the sick person in to a vacant room earlier. Impossible to sleep, so I had to leave. Other than the place is clean and daytime staff helpful.

Wonderful hostel with such a lovely, kind and helpful host. My favorite part was patios and terraces they had for guests. The hostel was very clean with a very well equipped kitchen. The location is about a 15 minute drive from the city center but isn't bad if your trying to save money. The beach is a five minute walk from the hostel with many restaurants nearby. Overall would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely hostel with great location. Really enjoyed not being in the city while still being able to walk to stores and restaurants. Good for beach enjoyers that want to do one or two days in the city which is easy to get to by bus. There is the occasional siren or car noise from the big road but nothing most people cant sleep trough.

The beds are new and quite comfortable, the bathroom is a bit older and the showers are handheld but thats easy enough to overlook. Really recommend having breakfast on the roof terrace in the sun

Had some lovely chats with the manager, great guy, friendly and very dedicated to keeping the show running
