Malagueta Sea View: Premium Apartment

The apartment doesn't match the photos. There's mold and greasy marks on the walls. Interior elements are missing. The kitchen is minimally furnished. The bathrooms are moldy and untidy. The photos were likely taken many years ago before the renovation. I don't recommend it.

The location is very close to Malaga Beach, and the sea view from the terrace is breathtaking.
The accommodations are well-equipped and clean.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a variety of kitchen utensils, so it's convenient. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
Parking costs 25 euros separately.
The accommodations are conveniently located at the locker area on the first floor of the building. I had a hard time finding the entrance.
The host was very friendly. I could feel his kindness even while using a translator.

It's not what it says; it sends you to the Futurotel hotel, a different kind of hotel, a capsule of the future, very nice. Be careful with the promotion; it's not what they advertise.

The hotel is very well located; everything is within walking distance. Cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff are very attentive and helpful; despite the language barrier, you can easily make yourself understood. The only downside is the slightly slow Wi-Fi speed.
