They've been taking care of our garden for eight years, and we hope they continue to do so. Thanks to Claudio and his team.
What they did was truly shameful. I sent them a photo of the job they were supposed to do, and not only did they not do it, but they came, stayed for 10 minutes, and left. According to them, they didn't have the necessary tools and would come back later. Obviously, that NEVER happened, and they didn't even bother to call to let me know they wouldn't be doing the job. They were incredibly unprofessional, to say the least. They claim to be a full-service landscaping company, yet they show up to do the work without the tools and, most dishearteningly, without any enthusiasm. I absolutely do not recommend them.
I don't know about his professional abilities... But as a driver, he's a zero. Talking on his cell phone and running stop signs without even looking... Show some respect for the road...
We always rely on them for our clients' projects; they are very efficient and professional.
