The very worst burger I have ever had. More sauce than burger. The sauce was off tasting and moldy, the burger was just rubbish and the whole place was disgusting and dirty, but not the staffs fault. None of the other clients cleared their tables at all. Couldn't finish any of it sadly. Chips were really bad, burger terrible, only good thing was the orange juice

First time coming here and lady at the till ‘Paula’ was so so rude!! Will never come here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do better Paula. Lady who gave us the food at the end was lovely though.

This is easily the worst McDonald's restaurant that I have ever visited. I understand that things can go wrong when it's busy and therefore I can accidentily get a cheeseburger instead of the Big Mac that I ordered. However, when I come to the counter to mention the problem, "gluten-free buns always come with only one burger" cannot be the answer. First of all, because that hasn't been the reality at any other McDonald's restaurant, and secondly because it is actively discriminating against celiac people by making them pay for a Big Mac without delivering it. If you have any problem with gluten, better stay away from this place.

the mcdonals in the mall is your average mcd’s you know from everywhere: regular fast food, automatic ordering machines (which i love) and just a little dirty. i wished they would offer more vegetarian options in their menu though as i have seen in other regions/countries, but that might be a local selection thing.

We placed our order on a screen and waited. When we picked up our order it turned out there were 4 things missing. We ordered mayonaise and received ketchup. After explaining it and showing them our receipt we got what was ordered. The food itself was comparable to every McDonald's.
