Mirador de La Ermita - Nerja

Outstanding hotel that surpassed our expectations. We hoped from the photos that the rooms and roof top jacuzzi area would be close to the pictures but they were 10 times better in person. The location was perfect for us and is adjoined by their bakery which had great food and drink. All of the staff were outstanding, especially Africa the housekeeper who added a really personal touch to our stay. When we come back to Nerja we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Very nice place for a short stay. Quite small rooms, but freshly renovated with nice bathrooms. Free minibar and welcome drink- cava in your room is pretty awesome. Downstairs good bakery and a local bar at the corner for a casual breakfast. The best for me is the rooftop terrace with hot tubes- I love it!

Where to start, so check in is at 14.00 but we arrived at around 10.30. Woman at reception told us room would not be ready for quite some time. When we asked about where to go in the mean time she was more than helpful allowing us to go use the jacuzzi while we waited. So sitting in the warm jacuzzi the views we had were unbelievable. On 3 sides it is breathtaking mountain views and the other was of the sea. The room was done and available earlier than expected and so we made our way down on the conveniently place elevator and entered the room. WOW..... Absolutely no corner cut here either, bed was tastefully dressed with 2 small bottles of cava and glasses surrounded by towels twisted together to join. Looked fantastic. ( The picture I will attach is not a stock picture but the one I took on entry). The room was beautifully decorated, possibly recently, the ensuite bathroom also looks either extremely well kept or recently redecorated with a very large walk-in shower with 2 large shower heads on either end of the shower and smaller wand shower head attached. The staff, whether reception, house keeping or maintenance were extremely helpful and friendly. When we went to use the jacuzzi this morning there was a maintenance man doing some work. We sat around taking in the breathtaking views but the maintenance gentle man told us that although he had a few things to do we were welcome to use the jacuzzi and he opened one up and made sure we knew how to activate the bubbles and then he went back to work once he was happy that we were happy with everything. For the price we paid we honestly couldn't have expected the service and facilities that this place afforded us.
Usually there is always something small that is not quite up to par with the rest of the hotel BUT in this case not so. There was truly nothing, even the smallest detail was spectacular. This hotel will forever be my go to place when I come back. And as I only live a couple of hours away it will be often. Thank you all for giving us such an amazing stay

This hotel is the top. Jacuzzi on the rooftop, very kind staff, very clean & chic rooms. Free drinks including cava upon arrival, coffee machine in the room, great location yet still quiet. Superb!

We loved out stay here! Central location, lovely clean rooms and the roof top jacuzzi!! We used that far too much. The free Cava was a lovely touch When we go back to Nerja we definitely stay here again.
