Avoid. Poor customer service
We requested an invoice and the person in the store refused to print it, claiming she did not find the invoice book and that she can’t do it. We requested then a refund and she refused saying the shop only gives voucher (knowing we hadn’t left the shop)

Not a great experience. Shop was full of delivery boxes and sales girl was overloaded and couldn't provide us with any kind of customer experience... perhaps management should hire someone else and help her out. Issues with understaffed situations should not have a negative impact on clients.

I was just at Misako in Plaza Mayor (Malaga) and I almost left without buying anything… the girl was on the phone and didn't even bother to pay when I went to pay… I asked her to give me separate receipts for the gift ticket, but she put both gifts together, and therefore the gift ticket was also together… After almost 10 years dealing with the public, good customer service is essential for me in these businesses… I definitely won't be back
