MR Pilates

It was a great discovery. I've been going since September 2025, and it's the best decision I've ever made. My spine is really bothering me, and thanks especially to Yolanda, who is a true professional. She listens to you, pays attention to your needs, corrects your posture, gives you advice, and above all, her patience and dedication have greatly improved my posture and alleviated my pain. This center has definitely changed me because it's not just for exercise; it's also changed me mentally. I was almost in a deep depression after losing my father, and thanks to everyone involved, it has helped me mentally as well, giving me peace and less stress. I highly recommend it.

I took my prenatal Pilates classes here, and aside from the classes themselves, which are done on the floor with various equipment provided by the center, I especially appreciate the wonderful time we had. Both Yolanda and Isa are lovely and make the classes feel much more than just physical exercise, so I highly recommend it.

The place is great, and the instructors are the best. They are very attentive and professional. I've done pregnancy Pilates, and they always adapted it to each person's circumstances. They have Pilates machines that I've used in my classes before, and they're very helpful. The price is reasonable, and they allow you some flexibility if you can't attend the classes to reschedule.

I went there about five years ago, to be exact.

It's a great place, the staff is very friendly, they adapt to each patient, and I have to say that while I was going, I noticed an improvement in my ailments. I don't go anymore because I can't, otherwise I would continue.

MR Pilates is a specialized, modern studio with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and highly professional. They offer many flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to make up missed classes. I've been going for a few years now and have felt fantastic ever since. You leave class feeling very relaxed and eager to return.
