Very nice experience at the shop on May 12, 2026. The girl working there was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She had a great attitude and made me feel comfortable as a tourist. Really appreciated her kindness and positive energy.

Great service
I want to highlight my experience at this glasses store, which was truly positive. From the very first moment, the service was excellent, but I especially want to mention Sana, whose attention was impeccable: friendly, professional, and very kind at all times.
In addition, the store offers a wide variety of high-quality glasses with modern designs at very affordable prices. Without a doubt, it's a place I'll return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for good service and quality products. 💫🤩
I went to this store intending to buy sunglasses, and the experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived, they were closing because the sales assistant was going on a break. I decided to return half an hour later, and to my surprise, it was still closed.
Given this situation, I had to call the store's number, which I found on Google. I spoke with the manager, who told me he would let the sales assistant know. It eventually opened, but the service left much to be desired: a very rude attitude, dirty looks, and quite unpleasant treatment.
An unprofessional and not at all recommended experience.
