These guys, especially in this branch are the best in the courier business, delivery driver is really cool too.

Extremely fast and accurate at all times, the delivery as always arrived before the estimated time in a positive happy way.

Been waiting at home for 2 days because they are unable to give a time slot or even the delivery day. Then they send me a WhatsApp on Friday night telling me that they could not deliver because I wasn't home - lie. Told me to pick it up in their office in Torremolinos or they would send it back. I informed the sender right away about the lie and the non service and that I will not order again. I needed some of the items urgently. So I went to Málaga and bought it there. Let unprofessional MRW send the package back. I'm done with them.

Worst company ever. If i could give zero stars, I would. They have one job, just one, and they cannot do that one thing. Amazon needs to stop using this company as it seems a common theme with them.

UPS uses MRW for local Amazon deliveries. MRW drivers are self-employed and do as they please. They refuse to deliver Amazon packages. They say that they tried to deliver the packages and then demand that you go to their office to collect them. This has happened to me 5 times in the last few months.
They use different excuses, that the address is incorrect or that they have no access to the address or that you are not at home, etc... Then you get an email saying that you have to go to their office to collect your package. They are very dishonest. I do not recommend them.
