Very unreliable service , started the plumbing works, left the tubes partially connected saying that will return in the evening and never returned to finish the work. A few times afterwords wrote that will visit the same or the next day but did not. Very disappointing service

They left the pipes disassembled, without the gaskets in place. They promised to come the next day, but no one showed up. They didn't say when they'd be there, and when I asked when they'd come finish the job, they said they'd finish it tomorrow, and this happened several times. It's unclear why they would deceive me. As a result, I have to put buckets under the exposed pipe to do my laundry! I highly recommend NOT contacting them. I highly recommend NOT contacting these "experts." I want to make sure I get the job done without even realizing it, and the end result is that I need to buy more. Las tuberías se dejaron desmontadas, sin juntas insertadas. Prometieron venir al día siguiente, pero nadie apareció. Ellos mismos no respondieron cuándo estarían allí; cuando se les preguntó cuándo vendrían a terminar el trabajo, escribieron que lo terminaríamos mañana, y así varias veces. No está claro por qué participar en el engaño. ¡Termino teniendo que poner baldes debajo de la tubería expuesta para lavar cosas! NO recomiendo contactarlos.
Terrible. They promise schedules and prices they then don't honor. Then they don't answer messages. I would NEVER recommend them, especially Stanis... They deserve 0 stars, but Google won't let us.

I paid for a diagnostic service for my air conditioner. During the visit, they removed the electronic board for inspection. It's been over three weeks, and I still haven't received any diagnosis or my board back. They've also stopped responding to all my messages. A very bad experience. I do not recommend this company.
