About the neighbourhood: Churriana

Originally a village to the south-west, now part of Málaga municipality, sitting between the airport and the foothills. Churriana keeps a recognisable village centre with the Iglesia de San Antonio Abad and the Casa-Museo de Gerald Brenan. The area is bordered by the Guadalhorce river and includes the Jardín Botánico de la Concepción on its northern edge. Easily reached from the airport (under 10 minutes) and from central Málaga by the A-7053 road and Cercanías rail at Aljaima.

They're a company that sells lies upon lies. I bought an apartment with advertised qualities that were completely unrealistic. The apartment is full of defects, shoddy workmanship, and materials that are already deteriorating after just one year.

If you're considering buying a property from them, think twice because their service is the worst and most appalling I've ever seen. They play with your hopes and, of course, your money like they're playing marbles.

After experiencing such disappointment with this company, I want anyone considering buying a property from them to know how dissatisfied we are. If we had known how they operate, this certainly wouldn't be our house. They are completely unprofessional. The workmanship is poor, the finish is shoddy, and the materials are of low quality. They played with our dreams and our money. I find it shameful that a company would still "sell" lies like this.

What starts badly, ends badly. Although after a year and a half they're "fixing" things—because they haven't finished yet—the problems with our apartment started badly. From the day we signed, after waiting more than two hours for the Inmoba representative to arrive, to this day, we're still dealing with the "repairs." When we received the keys, they told us our apartment was clean and ready to move into. We went, excited, to see our new home, only to find a place that looked 20 years old, with worm nests in the terrace flooring, dust everywhere, rusty railings, rusty doors, and so on. A property sold as top quality, with good materials, yes, but built by very unprofessional people. Doesn't anyone oversee this?
We've been finding one shoddy job after another, and we're still dealing with it. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

This company has deliberately deceived us. The quality is appalling, nothing like what we signed the contract for. We've been fighting with them for a year now, ever since they handed the property over, to get the defects fixed, and we're still dealing with the sheer number of problems. There are water leaks on terraces and in bedrooms, cracks in the terrace walls, doors that are chipped and broken, and they install them after a year with the wood split at the bottom and the hinges damaged. The bathroom fixtures were delivered broken, the gardens are sunken, and the list goes on. This company sold us lies, and it's costing us a fortune to get them to repair or replace anything. They've had to replace almost all the water heaters because water was leaking in and they weren't working. In short, I wouldn't recommend anyone buy a home from them.

I requested information regarding some new residential buildings the company is developing, but it seems they aren't very interested in replying or sending any information. I'm only giving it fewer stars if I can't.
