I've never received such terrible treatment.
I arrived for my appointment and they wouldn't see me because
they said they didn't have time to do my
treatment, even though they were the ones who gave me the appointment time.
I asked if they closed at midday and they
said no, but that they had to see other
clients. Then I ask myself, am I not a
client? Did I choose the time to come?
I traveled a few kilometers
to receive this treatment. They offered no solution whatsoever. A disaster, since they made the
mistake of calculating the treatment time, the least they could do is fix it. A complete and utter failure.

Hi! Regarding the woman who did my laser hair removal, I've never had any problems with her. She's very friendly and has always treated me well. As for the owner of the establishment, she's been quite indifferent. In three years, she rarely reminded me of any appointments, only responds when she feels like it, and you have to constantly hover to get her to pay attention. Plus, if you have any unexpected problems like getting sick or having an accident, she doesn't care about the situation; she tells you that you won't be able to make up that appointment. Quite unprofessional, probably because I paid her for everything upfront and she just didn't care (which wasn't exactly cheap). Besides that, I'm going to talk about the treatment itself. For three years, I went to Antequera every two months specifically for laser hair removal. They make you sign a paper stating that they aren't obligated to do anything unless you lose all your hair, but they tell you it's just a formality and that your hair will be removed (which it isn't). I could add more, but it won't let me write any more.

About two years ago, she did a deep conditioning treatment and colored my hair so blonde that it was too much for me. And everyone (myself included) loved the result. I'm French, and this summer I'm going back to change my hair (at least I hope so).
