Rachel helped us find the perfect rental and has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for better service! I highly recommend this company, and especially Rachel – she’s been absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Due to Thomas and Rachel's efficiency at Nerja Properties we bought and sold a property through them. The communication was excellent. We had instant feedback with every viewing and they went over and above to help the new owner to settle into their new home. We can highly recommend Nerja Properties to buy or sell a home, Our Grateful thanks to Thomas and Rachel for all your help.

Rachel helped us find a winter rental for 2026 in the very competitive Nerja market. Of the several agents we contacted in our search, she was by far the most responsive and understanding. She responded promptly to our calls and emails and helped us arrange the rent deposit when our Canadian banking system proved difficult. We rented the place based only on fotos as it was occupied but she made sure to set up a tour for us as soon as it was free. We highly recommend her.

Racheal and Tracey looked after us superbly in our search for the perfect holiday home. They did not tire of us as during the process our requirements continually evolved. They found us the perfect property and after the sale have been very helpful in sorting out the spanish administration. We can not thank them enough especially going the extra yard with service after completion of the sale. We would highly recommend using their services. John Fell and Julie Travis
