Good place to get motorcycle tyres

I went to this garage to have my front right tire replaced. I've been a customer for years and have always trusted their professionalism.

Some time later, I got a flat tire on the replaced wheel, and when I went to change it, I discovered that the original spare tire (a full-size tire) that the vehicle had brought into the garage was gone. In its place was a tire that didn't fit my car.

As a result, I was stranded on the road, had to have my vehicle towed back to the garage, and then take a taxi. I was ultimately forced to buy a space-saver spare tire, at considerable expense.

I've reported this issue several times. The response I've received has been a refusal to acknowledge any possible error, citing their internal protocols, without offering any solution or compensation.

Beyond the financial loss, what has disappointed me most is the subsequent handling of the incident and the lack of willingness to analyze what happened from a customer-centric perspective.

My recommendation to other users is to check all the vehicle's components—including the spare tire—before leaving the dealership.

Due to the lack of agreement, the situation is being handled through the appropriate official channels. I am simply describing my personal experience and the events as they occurred.

Even though I made a mistake when ordering the wrong size tires, since I asked for 195/55/16, it turns out I'm using 185/65/15. When we got back from vacation at the trade fair, I thought there might be a problem because if they order them from the factory, they might wear out the tire. To my surprise, the employees sorted it out for me the same day. Not only that, but I couldn't come in at a certain time because of work, and they still managed to find another time for me and even changed them the same day. They're incredible! Of course, I'll come back. The only downside is that when I arrived early in the afternoon at 4 pm, the guy at the counter was talking a bit nervously. Like any worker, and since I work split shifts, it's a bit of a hassle during the first hour of the afternoon, since you arrive tired from sleeping and eating, or whatever the circumstances. But I left my motorcycle in front of the door because I didn't realize I should have moved it aside so they could take out a car, and he rudely told me that He took it out, but then when I picked up the car the young man was very kind and friendly, in the end we are all human and I empathize with that, so it's okay, it's just that just as we talk about the good things (which are much more numerous) we have to talk about the "bad" things, thank you very much family.
