I had a truly great experience with this clinic in Marbella. From the very first message I sent, everything was clear - both communication- wise and price-wise. I really appreciated how transparent and straightforward and helpful they were from the beginning.

The Doctor was incredibly kind and supportive. What stood out to me most was how he continued to help me throughout my recovery week without any extra charges. They were checking in on me regularly, making sure everything was progressing well.

I even had a follow-up phone call with the doctor, who was genuinely inquisitive and took the time to ask detailed questions about how I was feeling. It made me feel cared for, not just treated and forgotten.

I definitely recommend this clinic. While I do wish the pricing for other Europeans matched the Swedish rate, it is still very affordable for the Marbella area and absolutely worth it for the level of care and professionalism they provide.

Contacting Nordic Med Clinic was absolutely the right decision. I contacted this clinic with the hope of getting help, as their website states that they perform thorough examinations on site and take their patients seriously. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.

The appointment, which cost €80, lasted barely ten minutes, and both my husband and I were surprised by how dismissive and uninterested the doctor seemed. No examination was performed, and the doctor hardly even looked at me. I didn’t feel taken seriously or treated professionally – despite the fact that a thorough assessment would have been completely relevant given the symptoms I came in with.

During the visit, I clearly explained that I needed a stamped medical report for my insurance company and was told it would not be a problem. Only afterwards was I informed that this would cost an additional €80 something that was never mentioned during the appointment. Adding unexpected charges afterwards isn’t right and should be informed about from the start.

The clinic describes itself as transparent and patient-focused, but my experience was quite the opposite. When I later went to another clinic, I immediately received a proper examination with superb care and was referred for further diagnostics – exactly how it should have been handled at this clinic from the start.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after the treatment I received, I feel it’s important to share my experience so others know what to expect. The only positive thing was that it was easy to get an appointment on short notice, but if you need real medical care and a doctor who genuinely cares, I cannot recommend this clinic.
