A terrible experience at this store. I bought a baby bottle and it leaked, so they exchanged it for another one. They refused to give me a refund or a store credit.
I went back a second time with the same problem, and they offered no solution because the return period had already expired (it's practically brand new). I never imagined the same thing would happen again. The bottle is spotless, and even though they claim it's not leak-proof, that's not true, because it leaks even from the base. I have to carry it in a bag to stop the leaks... I don't think this is the way to treat customers.
