I love this gym. Since I started here, the experience has been incredibly positive.

The facilities are great, the machines are varied and in good condition, but what really makes the difference is the staff. They're always very friendly and approachable, and something I really appreciate is their attentiveness: they walk around the gym and if they see you need help, they come over, explain the exercises, and correct you. This makes you feel much more confident and prevents you from feeling lost, especially if you're a beginner.

They also have thoughtful touches that you don't see everywhere, like providing fruit for the members, which seems like a small thing but is greatly appreciated and shows they care about their customers.

And if that weren't enough, you can tell they're improving and expanding their services, which makes it even more comprehensive. You can tell they want to keep improving.

As for the blue lights, I think they add a nice touch; it's part of their aesthetic, and they're actually quite cool. They also have a photo room, which might not be anything new, but it's the first time I've seen it in a gym and I think it's great.

In short, it's a gym where you feel comfortable, well taken care of, and eager to keep going 💪✨

The gym is generally quite good, impeccably clean, and the staff are all wonderful and attentive, but for goodness sake, MORE LIGHT!!! Light is a joy, and it's so dimly lit. You leave with strained eyes and a bit of a headache. I've spoken with other users, and many of us agree. It's a gym, not a nightclub. Please, I encourage you to improve this, and then you'll be truly near perfect. I say this respectfully and as constructive criticism. The little piece of fruit at the entrance is a nice touch. You guys are great.

My experience at this gym was quite unpleasant due to the unequal treatment I received from one of the instructors, Pablo Prieto.

One morning, with the gym practically empty, he called me out because I hadn't unloaded a machine. I admit I was in a hurry that day and it slipped my mind, so I turned around and removed the weights without any problem.

What bothered me came later: I saw how this same rule wasn't being applied to everyone else. The instructor was working out and laughing with his friends, who were also leaving the machines loaded, and he didn't say a word to them. In fact, throughout the rest of the workout, I kept finding machines with weights on them right in front of him without him saying a word to anyone else.

So, is the rule for everyone or just some? Because it seems quite absurd to have to remove the weights that others leave, put my own on, and then be practically the only one required to leave everything unloaded.

And frankly, for the price I pay for my membership, he could probably spend less time chatting with his friends and more time collecting the weights himself.

It's not the act of removing the records, it's the feeling of favoritism and different treatment depending on who you are.

It's a great gym. I want to highlight the professional work of the instructor, Pablo Prieto. He's always attentive to everyone, concerned about their training plan and closely monitoring it. Thank you especially for your kindness, empathy, and ability to connect with others. It's clear you love your job. Don't change.

The gym is clean with new facilities, the classes are fantastic, and Nieves, Sergio, José, and Cristina are lovely.
My only complaint is that they don't have anywhere to leave electric scooters. Please, could you please provide a place to park them?
