I have to say that I've never had a single problem with their hosting; my website has always been available. They started off well, but this past year has been a real mess. I'm told my website was hacked, which includes folders disappearing, database modifications, etc. They say the hackers installed malware in the FTP root folder, and they'll run an antivirus for me, for the price of €100. It's no use running the antivirus if the virus has a name and surname. You're probably used to working this way; I don't agree. I have colleagues in telecommunications engineering and computer science, and everyone earns their professionalism as they can and want. I'm also an engineer.

My experience with Open6hosting has been more than satisfactory, especially regarding after-sales support. The three times I've had to contact them to resolve questions or problems, they've been resolved quickly and courteously. They have excellent technical knowledge and personalized attention. In addition to the chat, they have a landline for customer service—no 900 numbers. Many thanks to the entire team. I will be using this provider again in the future.
