I would recommend it. Low prices with insurance included. Book one day in advance. No deposit required. Friendly and efficient service. The car was in decent condition, though it had some dents. Close to the hotel.

Everything was great, from contacting them to receiving the keys to the rentalcar in my hand. The car worked great and it took about 10-15min to get the car and 5-10min to return it. Highly recommend

Very poor service.!! Disgusting!! Hired a 7 seater Peugeot 5008 for one day . We have a 1 year old baby and a 4 year old traveling with us. The car was old model full of dents and scratches, badly painted damaged exterior. The inside of the car had more stains ,dirt and old bits of food everywhere. So unhygienic for adults let alone children. Paid good money(€120) a day for a beaten up , filthy wet dog smelling car. When I told the lady that brought it to us she did not care one bit, shrugged her shoulders and dismissed me. No nothing. Took money before showing me car then cared none the less. A disgrace to the hotel Bali for letting them operate there too.

Do not use at all costs.

Perfect, fast easy service and a very clean car. We rented the car for two days. Unfortunately, due to my wife's (heavy) pregnancy, one day was enough. We discussed this with the owner, and without hesitation, we got our money back for the second day. Fantastic service and very nice people!

It's a pity that I can't give 0 stars because that's all they deserve. So the situation looks like this: we rented a car for a day of sightseeing away from the city. After sightseeing we went straight to a petrol station to fill up the car (that was the only condition to be met). I filled up the car to the full level, it took me 5 minutes to get to the hotel from the petrol station. (how much fuel does a diesel car burn on a 5-minute drive where there are no traffic jams or traffic lights? a flat zero).
First of all, they did not contact me to inform me that they would debit 15 euros from my account and for what.
Secondly I asked the hotel reception to contact them and ask why they did it and why they charged me 15 euros.
Thirdly, when this company called me to clarify the matter the lady at the reception was very unpleasant and on top of that she spoke as if she had memorized one sentence, because when I spoke to her she did not understand me at all and was having a conversation in Spanish with someone next to me. The lady claimed that I had not filled up the car and that is why the fee, when the car was FULLY filled up.
As for me, this is a fraud in broad daylight. The lady is also trying to argue with the client who is right that they took the money without any basis.
I do not recommend this company. They are deceitful to me and cheat people. Even if you meet all the conditions of renting a vehicle, they add something and take money without informing you about it. Once again, scammers, nothing more and no words. People dealing with things like renting a car to tourists or other tourist attractions should know at least the basics to communicate and solve problems of this type. ONCE AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
