About the neighbourhood: Carretera de Cádiz

A long, mostly residential district running south-west of the centre, parallel to the coast as far as the airport boundary. It includes the neighborhoods of Huelin (with its own beach), La Princesa, Sacaba, San Andrés and the major shopping zone around the Vialia / María Zambrano train station. Vialia itself houses dozens of restaurants and the high-speed AVE service to Madrid. The area is well served by Metro Málaga (lines 1 and 2) and bus, and runs the length of the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Banderas.

Sometimes there is cheap offers of chocolate (the best before date close), worthwhile to go

This afternoon's Christmas shopping experience was awful, and the attitude of the store manager, Álvaro, was absolutely rude. Besides his unprofessional appearance, he displayed misleading advertising with a fake 1+1 discount. When we asked why they didn't apply the discount, they replied that it was written in the fine print and that we had to check the back of the items to see if the code had XX written on it... I find it laughable and a complete rip-off of the customer! The service was appalling. After the cashier with glasses and straight hair approached us in a completely disinterested manner and suggested we speak to "the boss," whom we waited 10 minutes for, he finally appeared, showing no willingness to help, but rather, as if on cue, treating us like idiots for not knowing the labels and their codes! The extremely low quality of this store in every aspect is unbelievable. From the staff to their "internal policies," it seems we're expected to know all the potential customers. I will never shop here again; it's absolutely outrageous!

I'm furious about this. It's a store I like going to, but I won't be setting foot in it again in this center, or at least I'll only go there alone if I can't find what I'm looking for at the one in Los Patios.

I didn't know there was one in Malaga Nostrum, so I went there, saw it, and went in looking for an item of clothing that wasn't available at either Vialia or Los Patios. I found it, thankfully. But… I was in the toy aisle with my son. And his father came up to me saying, "You should see how many broken tiles there are! Any child could fall and cut themselves because a broken tile is like a knife!"… Well, as luck would have it, I was in the checkout line (which is a whole other story) and I heard my son crying, and his father brought him in holding his hand. He had fallen and landed on a broken tile. Thankfully, he wasn't seriously hurt because if it had been worse, I don't know how I would have reacted. I've attached a photo of the tiles, and there are many more like that one. On the other hand, the employees were a bit unfriendly, and I spent about 15 minutes waiting at the checkout because there wasn't another one open, even though there were other people available... but anyway, that's the least of my worries. The most important thing is that they fix that floor and that the same thing doesn't happen to someone else as happened to my son, or worse...

Good afternoon, I'm a regular Pepco customer and I like their products a lot, but what bothers me quite a bit is that when I want to exchange an item for a different size, they don't even offer a refund. I just want to exchange the size, and I have to buy the item again, and then they refund me whenever they feel like it. I find that pathetic when it's just a size change. And don't even get me started on gifts—I wouldn't buy a gift for anything because I have to buy everything again, and then they refund me, and on top of that, it takes ages. They should change this urgently, at the very least, when it's just a size change. I hope something is done about this. Thank you and best regards.
