I received a charge on my account from this company without having signed any contract or having any documentation to justify it. I have repeatedly requested both the contract and information regarding the processing of my personal data, but they have never provided it. When I complain, they claim there is a phone recording of the supposed agreement, but they neither share it nor offer any proof.
On the rare occasions they answer the phone, they say they will review the case or look into it, but they never call back or offer a real solution. I have not received any service or any evidence of having contracted anything. In my experience, they operate with a complete lack of transparency. I recommend exercising extreme caution before providing any personal or banking information.
