Ramen Shifu

I had a good overall experience at Ramen Shifu. The place was quite busy when I arrived, so I had to wait outside for about 10–15 minutes, but the line moved fairly quickly. Once inside, the service was smooth and the ramen itself was tasty and well prepared. I prefer my ramen a bit spicier, so I ordered some chili oil on the side (with a small extra charge), which did the trick perfectly.

This was my best Ramen l ever had in Europe. The green tea vegan mochi as well excellent. You have to try it, really yummy. Very friendly Ramen Bar.
But today 3 months later my Vegan Ramen had no taste and the service was not so nice, l got the feeling l wasn't welcome. Yes, l have expected more and was disappointed.

The food was amazing! It taste like to be in Japan!
I highly recommend it! They invited us sake shots for free and personal were so kind and welcoming.

Read the reviews and some almost put us off. THANKFULLY we gave it a try. Had 2 portions of Kimchi, it was THAT good. Grilled Vegan Gyosas were so moist and tasty. We had Yasai Miso Ramen & Vegan Dragon Ramen. Love the vege/vegan options - thank you. Bottle of white wine. Perfection. Staff very friendly. Clean & nice vibe. I00% will return or try another location. 🙏

Was looking forward to eating some delicious ramen but fell very short on taste and service. I ordered the SHICHU RAMEN and TORIMAN TERIYAKI. Toriman was not bad with a soft texture on the bun and meat with an nice drizzel of sauce over it. The main dish that I was looking forward to was where things went sideways. The broth which is THE main component of the ramen was flat out little to no taste (hot water and a hint of meat essence), noodles were cooked well, the one half egg I got was overcooked and meat was not seasoned well. It really missed on many points but really drove this rating to a one star was when I complained to one of the waiters she looked at me at with a what you want me to do look and said " you want some salt ?" luckly there was another waiter that was a bit more understanding to the issue but this was a total disappointment for a ramen fan.
