Rancho Grande

I had a wonderful stay at this complex. I happened to meet the owner by chance — a very humble and kind person. The General Manager, the lovely Gilda, was also extremely polite and communicative.
I highly recommend it 100%!

Gorgeous place to relax and have a good place for yourself to unwind

Perfect location and great staff.

This weekend we spent one night at this place. It has a great location, in a spectacular setting, surrounded by greenery, and the sea is very close. The service was wonderful; they were very kind and let us in early. However, it's a shame that due to a few details, we weren't as comfortable as we would have liked. I'm writing this review to be constructive, not to be negative.
A wardrobe rail with a hanger would have been great.
A shampoo and shower gel dispenser inside the shower is a nice touch. If there's a kitchen, a small table, even a folding one, would be appreciated. And lastly, and I think most importantly, there was a lot of noise from the adjoining rooms. The hallway is narrow, and during dinner in the next room, it sounded like we were eating with them. Similarly, the children shouting and running around the room made it seem like they were ours. The English guy even shouted at 4 a.m. that his door wouldn't open. The truth is, we didn't get much rest, even though the bed was very comfortable. I hope you soundproof the rooms since you're renovating and you have a dream location.

The room was beautiful and spacious. Everything was spotless, especially the location. A peaceful place to relax and spend quality time. We would definitely return.
