Incredible dinner experience in Malaga. The service was friendly and attentive, and we got a couple of recommended dishes (brewat vegetables and lamb skewer) which were delicious. The couscous and the mint tea with desserts were also very good and reminded me of my time spent in Morocco.

Charming, romantic spot with absolutely delicious Moroccan food. The interior design gives you the feeling of dining in an Arab palace, the perfect end to a day of exploring the Moorish Alcazaba. We started with baba ganoush, served with tender hot bread, and the house olives, well-spiced. We then had the brewat vegetable triangles, savory and crisp. As mains had chicken tagine and chicken couscous, both gourmet in their sauces. Ended with mint tea with a hint of orange blossom. Highly recommend both the cuisine and the elegant, tranquil ambience.

Exceptional ambience, delicious food, I tried the hummus and mutabbal and both were very well made and served with warm bread. And the prices were very reasonable.
I would highly recommend giving it a try.

This place was really good. We arrived a little before opening, and, to our surprise, they opened right on time - not necessarily a given post siesta! Upon arrival we were welcomed by the friendly host and seated right away.

The tables are these cute booth style seating. While very cute, they’re also very tight - really designed for two people. I sat next to my young kiddo and we both found it somewhat uncomfortable. The seats are also quite shallow which made me feel like I was sitting at the end of my seat (I’m an average height guy ~6 ft).

The restaurant was beautiful and felt like you had stepped into an old Moroccan bazaar. Really great balance of tradition and culture without being too tacky.

After asking a few questions about the menu to manage dietary restrictions, we landed on the humus, babaganoush, chicken tagine and chicken couscous.

Both the hummus and babaganoush were served with a pita bread. They were both solid. Flavors were on point. My one observation, and this could be due to Moroccan preparation, was the hummus was a bit thinner than most hummus. So while flavor was great consistency was a bit off to me.

The main dishes were both wonderful. The chicken tagine was a generous portion, great for sharing. Two chicken drumsticks with a ton of veggies and fruits cooked to perfection that the meat fell off the bones. The sauce was tasty and well spiced. The couscous was similarly generous two drum sticks buried under a mountain of couscous and topped with a selection of root veggies and accompanied by a side of “salsa” aka chicken broth.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Moroccan restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, elegant, and inviting, with beautiful décor and soft lighting that created such an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like a little escape to Morocco.

The food was exceptional — every dish was rich in flavor, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The tagines were incredibly tender, the pastilla was light and flavorful and the fresh baked bread and mint tea were unforgettable. You could really taste the care and quality in every bite.

What made the evening even more special was the outstanding staff. Everyone was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and kind, making us feel valued from beginning to end. Their hospitality and attention to detail were truly top-notch.

This restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way. If you are looking for amazing food, a beautiful atmosphere, and exceptional service, this place is an absolute gem.
