DISAPPOINTING SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. On December 11, 2025, I bought a motorcycle for my son. They told me it would arrive in four days, but that was far from the truth. After a week of unanswered phone calls and WhatsApp messages, I called from another number to tell them that either the motorcycle arrived or I wanted a refund because I didn't want it. It finally arrived on December 23.
When we tested it, we discovered a problem with one of the gears. We wrote and called several times without success. After a month, they finally sent us a new part, which also didn't work. We complained, sending videos, but there was still no response.

After telling them that if they didn't help me I would have to file a complaint, they said they would send me a working part, which was supposed to arrive a week ago. I'm still waiting... It's a disgrace that more than two months after the purchase I still can't use it, not to mention the issue of them refusing to send me the invoice.
Let's see what happens after I file a formal complaint about all this.
