The middle-aged male salesclerk in this store is very malicious and accompanied by racial discrimination, including: 1. intentionally writing wrong tax refund form information, which resulted in us not being able to refund taxes at the airport, and also affected our personal tax refund information online. We still don't know how to solve this problem. 2 After I requested to register as a member, he pretended to help me enter my personal information, but later I found out when I purchased products of the same brand chain store that I don’t have membership at all. 3 He intentionally confuse product prices utilize we don't understand Spanish well. It is incomprehensible to hire such an employee in a brand that promotes ESG principles. We reserve the legal right to sue this store when we come back to Malaga later.

Over priced products in fancy packaging, as a professional in the beauty industry I wouldn’t buy these products again, they say ‘doesn’t contain alcohol’ yet it does contain benzyl alcohol.

They smell very ‘Chemically’ and the scent is not good, smells very cheap.

It’s very very ‘pushy’ sales here too, I’ll stick to other trusted products in the future, for me this was an over priced waste of money, bit of a gimmick.

Gorgeous shop selling high quality skincare products. The Spanish assistant approached me offering tiny paper cups of green tea while I was browsing. In English, she introduced me to the ranges and then offered to demonstrate the products. She used a gentle hand exfoliator which she washed off under a the tap of a natural stone sink in the centre of the shop. My skin already felt smoother. She then applied a hand balm which left my hands very smooth and soft. Meanwhile she explained the ranges and I sampled the different scents. She was delightful and not pushy in any way although I did not make a purchase. However, later on I felt that the products were so good, I returned and bought the items she used in the demonstration. I will be back to buy more in the future.

Absolutely incredible customer service, the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the products, they'll massage your hands with the different types of gels, soaps, etc. so you can really try them out before buying. It's not cheap but the quality is worth the price.

Delores was super helpful and welcoming to the store. She explained each product in so much detail. I feel she really has a knack for customer care. The 2024 Dragon line is already bringing me good vibes and prosperity to the new year.
