Royal Watch Marbella

Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly do NOT recommend this shop.

The seller was unprofessional and seemed poorly informed about the watches they were selling. When I asked basic questions about the watch, I did not receive clear or knowledgeable answers. On top of that, I was initially given an incorrect receipt and the price was changed at the last minute, which is unacceptable for a store that claims to sell luxury watches.

When you go to a luxury watch shop, you expect professionalism, transparency, and expertise. Unfortunately, my experience here did not reflect those standards. The attitude of the seller felt dismissive and made the entire buying experience uncomfortable.

If you are looking for a serious watch purchase, I would recommend going somewhere else. There are many reputable stores that provide better service and treat customers with respect.

Strongly recommend Royal Watch if you're considering buying a great watch. I was looking for a Submarine and after seeing other places I ended up buying it here. They were very nice, friendly and very professional at all times; they showed me different options. The variety, quality and prices were great. In other places the watches were scratched and in Royal Watch were in great conditions. It only took me about 15 min to decide and finally did it. I am very happy with my Rolex Submarine.
