Awful! Simply want to change bank account for direct debit. Been back 4 times with various documents and signatures and not been able to do it.... all I want to do is pay! One afternoon I waited for 2 hours and 10 minutes.... to be told no. Disgusting service and waiting time!

They shut you off without any message. Endesa makes a mistake themselves and don’t know how to solve their own mistake. As a result, I don’t have electricity for 3 months now, they won’t respond at anything and keep on charging me for electricity they don’t deliver. Never seen such a worse company….

Very happy with both girls; I've had to go there a lot lately and they've always been very attentive in solving my problem. I'm very grateful for their help.

You need to bring plenty of time. Of the two consultation stations, only one was occupied, and the Spanish-speaking clerk had a lot of patience with each customer in order to explain Endesa's sometimes complicated tariffs to foreigners as well.

Unfortunately, I have to add in 2025 that many things have changed there. There are apparently new, added tasks that no longer allow the staff to provide the same level of service as before. We may even switch electricity providers because of this, as good service is still paramount for us, especially with multiple connections... It's a real shame...

(Now, there are some negative reviews here!) It's really incomprehensible. You only have to take a number if you drop by unannounced; you can also book an appointment online, where both representatives really take their time (they even helped us together because it was a bit complicated) and are genuinely very helpful. If something doesn't work out, it's certainly not the fault of this office or the employees, but rather the electricity company itself and the regulations they have to work under. In any case, after many frustrating and rather unsuccessful calls to Energia XXI 'Atencion clientes', we can say that visiting this office was very pleasant in comparison.

And expecting anyone in Nerja to speak German is a bit of an exaggeration. If anything, they speak English. But that's the beauty of Nerja, that it's still largely Spanish and not too many people are solely focused on foreigners. Those who criticize it should learn Spanish... we did and we're getting along just fine... You can often get by with English too...
