Great customer service, the ladies at the front desk are very helpful. I had a problem with GLS, and I know SIBEXpress is not dealing with GLS, the ladies did everything they could to help me out. I wish GLS was like this. Thank you so much

I honestly despair when I see that a parcel is being delivered from any GLS office because I know that, without fail, I will have to pick up the parcel myself as the driver is too lazy to find my house on a popular road with ample parking. Not only that I will then have to play a game of guess where my parcel has been left, as it can be at a drop off point, their office on the coast, or in Malaga... who knows??
My favourite parcel company- helpful and very friendly- use always when possible!
