Worst customer service ever! I honestly think they were being racist to me and my wife.

Went up to the counter wanting to ask for a size in some sandals. Lady made a comment in Spanish to her coworker directed at my wife. Wife waited for her and she answered a phone call instead and did not acknowledge my wife or me whatsoever. Proceeds to put phone down - STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - continues to write something down whilst ignoring us. Then goes on computer. Still ignoring us.

Decided we’ll go to her co worker instead as she finished with her customer. Asked for size and she looks for 10seconds on computer before starting to serve someone else. We waited even though once again thought this was rude. Customers goes and immediately turns to ANTOHER customer. I get fed up and say loudly enough - “can you serve us first?” - ignores me and continues to serve someone else.

I tell my wife to leave now and we just left. Not going to spend money with ungrateful and rude people.

We were the only non-white people in the shop so felt a little racist to me. But perhaps they just suck as people.

Didn’t get their names but two girls behind the counter. Pathetic shop and will never ever go back. If I could I would give 0 stars.

The service is lamentable. They would struggle to give less of a crap if they tried. I looked at the shoes, found a pair that suited and bought them in spite of the two dreadful sales women. Do better in a tourist mecca please. 🫩

Well located and easy to find it has a good stock selection but the prices are high! I bought two sets of socks for 25 euro. I hope they last as this is about 30% more than I would.normally pay. Let's see!

Unfortunaley they sold us two different shoes, one slim fit and one wide. Just noticed it at home...We don't live anywhere near a Skechers shoe shop and don't know how to solve this... any suggestions?

I wanted to return a pair of shoes i bought the day before and the cashier girl was trying to remove “algodon” from the bottom of the shoe half an hour because i cleaned it after i bought it because i bought the ones off the shelves that were dirty. She was dry and mean for no reason. And i also paid 3€ comission? When i got my money back it was 3€ short.
