We are really upset with the service we received.

The first night after coming home, we realized that instead of proper hand stripping, our dog had mostly been clipped. I had specifically asked multiple times that no cutting should be done at all, as our dog’s coat should only be hand stripped. I also clearly mentioned that we did not need deep stripping — just a wash and light stripping.
(And we’ve paid extra specifically for stripping)

Instead, she used clippers, which looks awful on his face and tail (although that part is subjective). She also cut his eyebrows and mustache, which, in my opinion, should not be done at all.

But the worst part came the next day. Our dog was extremely nervous and quiet all day, which is very unusual. When we checked his back more carefully, we discovered the real issue — it had clearly been over-stripped. Even after more than 24 hours, his skin was still bleeding. Half of his back was red, with 4–5 visible bleeding sores.

When I asked for an explanation, I was told these were “tiny” and that they could help. That response is unacceptable. We also have stripping knives at home, and while we are not professional groomers, we are able to strip our dog without causing injuries or bleeding.

I genuinely have no words. We will never come back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I took my dog, a short-haired dog, on Thursday for a bath and drying, that's it.
Well, that same day he started getting a rash on his skin, some bumps. I didn't think much of it because the dog seemed fine, but today, Saturday, it started to spread more and he was lethargic. I took him to the vet and they told me it was an allergic reaction. They asked if he'd been anywhere different or eaten anything new, and the only new thing he'd done was go to this dog groomer. The vet said it was possibly some product they used on him… I'm no expert in this field, but I understand that if you have a business like this, to avoid potential allergies, the normal thing to do is use products that prevent them… Besides the nearly €40 at the groomer's, which they told me on the phone would cost €28-30, the whole thing cost us another hefty sum at the vet.

I don't recommend it.

Today I took my dog ​​for the first time and I was delighted with the care she received. She was calm (despite being quite timid around strangers). She did exactly what I wanted, the staff was very kind, and the whole place has a peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend it.
