They had so much for sale. I bought 2 t-shirts, a top, a pair of sweatpants and a pair of Adidas shoes for under 90€ and the shoes were 50€. So I got a lot of stuff really cheap. The Adidas sneakers are AMAZING!!!
We were served by a very nice girl, quite fast, very energetic, I wish there were more salespeople like Laura Liñán, raise her salary

Málaga's historic core, bounded by the Guadalmedina river to the west, the port to the south and the slopes of Mount Gibralfaro to the east. The district contains the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba fortress, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Centre, plus the main shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios. Inside Distrito Centro sit the well-known sub-areas of Centro Histórico, Soho, La Merced and Lagunillas. The area is almost entirely pedestrianised, served by Metro Atarazanas and the Málaga–Centro Alameda rail station.

On June 5, 2026, at about 11:30 a.m., I went to the Springfield store in Malaga, located in the Vialia shopping center, to return two items from a gift receipt. A young, blonde sales assistant helped me. I asked for a refund and a card for the amount of the two returned items. While she was processing the return, the assistant disappeared. After five minutes, she returned saying there had been a problem: the computer had made an error in the refund, and when she consulted with her supervisor on the morning shift, the supervisor had told her that the receipt had to be sent to Madrid and that they would handle it and contact me.
I asked the sales assistant to please bring out the supervisor and explain what had happened. I had made other returns using gift receipts and had never had this problem. The store manager, a very curt, dark-haired woman, repeated that there had been a computer error, without going into details. They didn't tell me when they would resolve it, nor how much I would be refunded. They only repeated that Madrid would get back to me, but they didn't ask for my contact information, neither my phone number nor email address, so that Springfield Madrid could contact me. I asked if I could stop the return, and they told me the return was already registered in the computer and that if I wanted to take the clothes back, I would have to pay for them again. They said they had to keep all the receipts the computer generated. I insisted on receiving a copy of the return receipt because they wouldn't offer me one as proof of the failed return. The customer service was very curt, very poor, very incompetent, with neither employee showing any interest in resolving the issue. Not knowing what would happen with my return, I left the store.
I realized they hadn't taken any of my information. I went back to the store and told the sales assistant and the manager, but neither of them had noticed. The manager told me she had already reported the incident to Madrid and that they would get back to me that same afternoon. I wonder: how will Madrid contact me if they haven't taken my information?
It's been days since the incident and no one from Springfield has contacted me. I contacted customer service in Madrid myself, and the agent who answered opened a case and advised me to write and send a screenshot of the return receipt I requested.
I'm writing this review specifically about Springfield Vialia, the manager, and the sales assistant who helped me, as a complaint. The service was poor, and the experience was frustrating.
