The staff is very rude; they speak absolutely no English and are never helpful with anything. Because of this lack of understanding, they didn't prepare the drinks properly either. When we asked them to remake the drinks, they refused. I wanted to use our student discount, but they didn't allow us to use our international student discount. It's only worth coming here for the restroom and the free Wi-Fi.

Fabulosa experiencia como siempre que acudo a este lugar de maravillosos cafés, frapuccinos, mufins, cookies and all kind of nice food, nevertheless when I ordered and payed everything for me, my wife and my 3 daughters, of 37, 17, 7 and 3 years old each respectively, 149 bucks for all, I wanted to order a Sandwich and more drinks, and it was impresionat, I was walking and a carpet was in my way, I falled to the floor and make hurtht, what are you thinking about StarBucks?

The female cashier’s service attitude was not good. She picked up my cheese bacon bagel with tongs to heat it, but the bagel fell apart onto the counter. Instead of making a new one or using gloves/tongs, she simply used her bare hands to put it back together and served it to me. It was really disgusting and unhygienic.

I ordered a medium cappuccino with coconut milk. There were other people in the café, but I was the only one placing an order at the time. Despite that, they still made it with regular milk—something I only realized once I was on the train. It was such a disappointing end to a wonderful trip to Málaga.
