I've lost all trust in them since Alejandro left, and the girl isn't the same anymore. After more than six years as a customer, I've lost two pawnshop items. They never even notified me—not a call, not a message, nothing. Zero. They always used to notify me; in fact, they didn't even give me the renewal slip (foolish me). And now, a month after the pawnshop expired, I've lost my item. They didn't even send me a text message like they usually do. Nothing. Now I have to wait and see if it can be recovered, which they think is unlikely... DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL, and don't leave your jewelry, especially with sentimental value.
Bad experience. Today at 12:30 a.m., my mother went to this office at my request to sell my bracelet. But the woman, Silvia, broke it while appraising it and said that was the case. She said it wasn't gold, but a week ago my mother came to this office and a man there confirmed that it was gold. I considered selling it for a week. Today I decided to sell it, but Silvia said it wasn't gold and broke it. When my mother said that her CCTV camera recorded everything, Silvia spoke to my mother very rudely and loudly. We filed a complaint about this situation. She didn't even admit her fault and didn't offer to repair my bracelet. This is very rude behavior.
Miss Alejandra attended to us professionally and very warmly, providing us with all the information we needed at all times with a big smile. Without a doubt, if I were to return, I would want her to assist me again.
We were very happy and satisfied with the experience; it's a highly recommended place compared to similar establishments in the area.
The best pawn shop, without a doubt. The girl was very friendly and helpful; everything was very quick and professional. I would gladly return.
