Bad hours for the packs, and the regular customers who buy tobacco now go to another tobacconist and it's not open in the afternoons.
Now with the new schedule it's impossible to buy or pick up a package if you work mornings.
These people are incredibly rude. We went to pick up a package, as we've done many times before, and they refused to give it to us, even after we handed over our ID and the Amazon order. They refused delivery to someone like me, a retired and disabled person, who will have to file a complaint against this tobacconist for trying to steal my package.
The woman who served me was incredibly unpleasant. I went to pick up my package, and she told me it was only by card, even though I had selected cash on delivery and had paid cash on other occasions. She insisted on card payments, and now I'm without my package simply because she felt like it.
