There was a very nice gentleman who helped me out. I needed to buy a bonobús ticket, and he was able to get it for me ☺️.
Here you can buy the red bus card (only for city buses) and the green bus card (for all means of public transport).
The woman working there spoke english. Unfortunately she couldn't tell me how much a ride with the green bus card cost.
Everything is fine. Friendly staff.
