The Apart Hotel Marbella Center

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marbella! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. They kindly gave us our room before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated after traveling.

To make it even better, we received a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay extra special. As a lovely welcome gesture, they also gave us a free drinks card.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We truly felt valued as guests. Highly recommend this hotel – we will definitely come back!

A superb hotel offering great location, large room s with kitchenettes and full bathrooms. Check in was great and the room was clean with coffee and tea topped up daily. Our room with balcony overlooked the pool and local sports club.

Can’t fault it especially for the price- we dod have to park elsewhere as the parking on site is not suitable for large cars

Three major downsides came together in this hotel, making it one of the worst hotels.
1. There is no soundproofing at all, so you hear every noise from the street or during cleaning, making it extremely difficult to sleep. For me, it was a very bad experience.
2. The room was full of mosquitoes, making it impossible to sit or sleep comfortably.
3. The room quality is poor and the cleanliness is below standard, especially in the bathrooms — even the towels were hard to use.

Overall, this hotel doesn’t deserve even a single star.

I strongly advise everyone against staying at this hotel. It is absolutely terrible! They scam people. We had booked the superior studio, but it was honestly a disgusting mess. The bathtub was broken and there was mold in the corners. The curtains were downright filthy at the bottom. The chairs were dirty.

When we complained, they told us everything would be cleaned and replaced the next day. We ended up going to another hotel, Marbella Inn, which was cheaper, super clean, and very beautiful.

The next day, we returned to Hotel El Faro to see if we could get our money back. We were told that everything had been replaced the same day — a blatant lie.

The staff at the front desk is friendly, but the management is downright rude, aggressive, and arrogant.

The worst part is that the management told us we had booked the cheapest room?! A superior studio for 2,600 euros for two weeks?? So apparently, they even messed with the room categories.

For the same money, please go to another hotel — this is just barely better than a hostel.

I went on my first solo trip and was very nervous. The hotel staff was amazing and super friendly. The room was in my budget and included amazing breakfast. The location was perfect so I didn’t need to order Uber or taxi all the time and most of all I felt safe in the area. The hotel is not a luxury hotel but it’s good enough and offers a good experience for the price you pay. I am definitely going to book this hotel again.
