Good afternoon, my review is extremely negative. I went there thinking it was a reputable shop, but I was very disappointed. They put a gel screen protector on my phone, and when they applied it, I noticed a small snag. The salesperson told me it was normal and would take about a day to adapt to the screen. Well, after that time, not only did it not adapt, but bubbles appeared, and the snag worsened. I went back to the shop to show them the condition of the protector with the receipt and demanded a replacement, since the salesperson had sold it to me with a supposed warranty that, to my surprise, it doesn't have. When you go there, they tell you straight up that they aren't responsible for those products once you leave the store, and of course, it's your fault because you probably misused it. They then demanded the 13 euros the protector cost if I wanted another one. So, I absolutely do not recommend this shop, and of course, I hope you won't find it here. Don't trust these people's word because once you leave their stores, the supposed guarantee they offer for future purchases is a lie. In my opinion, they're scammers.
