Great service from Juan Carlos and Elina at H2M. Lovely apartment, great location. We would definitely book here again.

We stayed here for the whole week. The apartment was exactly as described, with air conditioning and all the kitchen utensils we needed. It is located in the heart of Málaga, so there are plenty of options for groceries, pubs, and restaurants nearby. One night was a bit noisy, but that was expected in the Old Town, close to the pubs. The host even provides earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

We had a great weekend in Malaga for the marathon. This apartment was very clean and lovely with additional touches such as teas/coffees and toiletries.
The reception and booking experience as a whole was made really easy by Elena who answered all my questions and kept in regular contact through email and messages to ensure we found the whole booking experience very easy. Would definitely recommend this company and hopefully we will be back soon. Thank you.

I had great stay at Apartments Holiday 2 Malaga. The location was perfect-almost in the city center and just a short walk 15’ min to the port and the beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable. I would only recommend one thing to refresh the walls with fresh white paint to give it nice refurbished feel. Overall pleasant place to stay. Also Elena was very kind and communication with her was great 😊.

We were not happy at all with the service provided during our stay.

We were 3 friends and booked this apartment specifically because it advertised 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, as we wanted to sleep separately. However, upon arrival, only the two double beds were prepared, each with one large blanket. We contacted the host and requested an extra sheet and blanket so that one person could use the sofa bed. Initially, we were told they would “check if it could be provided that day.” Later, we received a message stating there would be an additional €5 charge. We refused, as we had already paid for 3 guests and expected the accommodation setup to match the listing. As a result, no extra bedding was provided that day.

The next day, when we raised the issue again after being asked how our stay was going, we were told they could provide it for €30 per person per night, which we found completely unreasonable. It felt like we were being asked to pay extra for something that should have been included.

We also did not appreciate being informed only about one hour before check-in that there is no electric boiler, and that if hot water runs out, we would need to contact them to replace a gas tank. This made us feel uncomfortable during the stay, especially when returning late from long day trips.

Additionally, a €50 cleaning fee was charged, yet guests are still expected to take out the trash. In our case, due to an early flight and the €150 deposit, we complied, but it meant waking up even earlier to dispose of the rubbish ourselves, which was inconvenient.

Regarding the €150 deposit, we were told it would be returned within 7 days. After 4 days, I asked about it and was reassured it would be sent within the 7-day timeframe. On the 7th day, I followed up again, and they once more stated it would be returned “within 7 days,” even though that deadline had already been reached. The refund was only initiated on day 8, and only after I raised a complaint. This made it seem like they were trying to delay or hold back the money unnecessarily.

None of the agents we communicated with (Elena, Marco, Juan Carlos) were helpful in resolving these issues. Despite all of this, they still asked us to leave a good review on Google, which felt inappropriate given our experience.

The building itself also did not feel well maintained, with unpleasant smells in common areas. The walls are very thin, and noise from neighbours, the lift, and bathrooms was clearly audible, which affected our sleep.

Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and several aspects felt misrepresented or poorly handled.
