About the neighbourhood: Carretera de Cádiz
A long, mostly residential district running south-west of the centre, parallel to the coast as far as the airport boundary. It includes the neighborhoods of Huelin (with its own beach), La Princesa, Sacaba, San Andrés and the major shopping zone around the Vialia / María Zambrano train station. Vialia itself houses dozens of restaurants and the high-speed AVE service to Madrid. The area is well served by Metro Málaga (lines 1 and 2) and bus, and runs the length of the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Banderas.

SUPER !!!
I have a somewhat unusual case because the purchase wasn't recent, and I want to submit a contract that's already been processed by the seller. All I get is a bot leaving a message on WhatsApp, and nobody answers. There's no phone number to call or any way to get in touch. I've already paid around €400 for the transfer, and nobody has contacted me to say whether they can do it or not. Honestly, I regret paying it. I hope someone will respond eventually or that I'll get my money back.
They handled the process efficiently. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
