We love coming to this place. The service is so friendly and Italian! Honestly this is the best Italian food we’ve had, we can’t believe we have it right by our door-step. We love bringing friends and family here. Thank you Lilly and Fabrizio for your beautiful traditional Italian food.

A beautifully located restaurant that somehow manages to miss the mark every single time.

We dine here often purely because it’s the only Italian option nearby, not because it’s ever inspired a return visit. Aside from the lasagna (which one would reasonably expect to meet a basic standard), the food feels careless rather than crafted. Pizzas arrive with overly acidic sauce, raw mushrooms, and cheese that tastes alarmingly close to its expiry date.

The service is equally difficult to defend. Guests are left standing without so much as a greeting, while staff appear discouraged from welcoming customers — yet no one takes responsibility for doing so themselves. Ordering is less of a conversation and more of a sales pitch, with persistent pressure to choose dishes you didn’t ask for and didn’t want.

Even with barely any tables occupied, waiting upwards of half an hour for a single pizza suggests a fundamental lack of organisation and respect for customers’ time.

It’s disappointing, because the venue itself is genuinely lovely and the location couldn’t be better. Unfortunately, ambience can’t compensate for poor food, uncomfortable service, and an attitude that suggests customers should feel grateful simply for being there.

As a constructive suggestion, this establishment would greatly benefit from appointing an experienced manager or host with a strong background in customer service to lead the front of house and be empowered to do so properly. Allowing that person to thrive in a guest-facing role, while the owners focus their attention back of house, could make a significant difference.

A wasted opportunity — and a reminder that being the only option doesn’t make you a good one.

A fabulous gem in La Cala Hills! Recently opened and definitely a place to keep returning to. Delicious authentic Italian food. I highly recommend their amazing pastas and pizzas and they even stock our favourite rosé wine - "Pinot Grigio Blush". I don't eat cheese, but no problem as the talented Italian Chef will prepare your favourite pizza ingredients just as you like them 💕

Dalilly Lasagnera is pure and has been our favorite Italian restaurant for a few years. This wonderful family-run place welcomes you with genuine warmth every single time.
The food is always homemade, full of love, and absolutely delicious. You can taste the care, tradition, and passion in every dish. From the comforting flavors to the cozy atmosphere, everything feels authentic and heartfelt.
Dalilly Lasagnera is the kind of place you return to again and again not only for the amazing Italian food, but for the warmth, consistency, and soul of the restaurant. A must-visit if you are in Las Lagunas.

What a fabulous restaurant, fantastic staff who gave us all that personal touch throughout. Their speciality is the lasagne, and so it should be ……ITS AMAZING! the selection of cheese grated by hand by the owner/chef is a show in its self. We visited the restaurant twice in our week staying in La Cala Hills it was that good. The house wine was fantastic, no measures in this place either! We definitely will be returning.
