Planning our wedding from New York to Spain was something we had always dreamed of and Tucco made that dream come true with beauty, ease, and perfection. Where do I even begin? Carla and her incredible Team Tucco are simply one of a kind. She has worked with my family for years — she actually organized my sister’s wedding back in 2012 — so there was no question in my mind who I wanted by my side when it came to planning mine. But even knowing her experience and reputation, I could have never imagined just how far beyond perfection she and her team would go.

I was born in Spain to Russian parents, and my husband is Spanish. I wanted a celebration that reflected both of our cultures — lively, emotional, elegant, and unforgettable. I didn’t want a “traditional” Spanish wedding; I wanted something truly unique, fun, and full of thoughtful details for our guests. Carla understood that immediately. She helped me find the best vendors from all over the world — no limits, no shortcuts. The attention to detail was extraordinary. More than a year later, our guests still tell us that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and that the organization was absolutely flawless, with not a single hiccup.

Our wedding took place at the Marbella Club, and we were the first couple ever to get married on the pier. In Spain, that’s no small feat — it’s technically a public space, and getting the permissions is almost impossible. But Carla made it happen. I never had to worry about the legalities or logistics; she handled it all quietly and perfectly.

The planning journey itself was everything I hoped for. We had as many meetings as I needed (and I’ll admit, I can be a bit of a perfectionist!). Carla and her team were endlessly patient, calm, organized, creative, and responsive. They understood my vision, refined it, and somehow delivered something even better. On the wedding days themselves, I didn’t have to think about a single thing — I was completely taken care of from start to finish.

It was a three-day celebration that felt like a dream:
• Day One was a full Feria de Sevilla–style welcome party with horses, flamenco, amazing food stations, churros, lights, music, and attractions that had both the kids and adults laughing all night.
• Day Two was our ceremony on the pier, followed by a cocktail, dinner, and party at Villa Del Mar in the Marbella Club. It was breathtaking — the hotel staff themselves said they had never seen anything like it, and they still mention it whenever I visit! Even more meaningful to me, Carla and Tucco treated every vendor and staff member with respect and care. They were all happy — and that meant the world to me.
• Day Three was a full-on techno festival with DJs, synchronized swimmers, fire and mermaid shows, and massive screens. It was an experience no one will ever forget — and yet, through all that production, everything ran perfectly.

What really sets Carla apart is her honesty and advocacy. She helped me negotiate with vendors, always keeping my vision in mind. she fought for me and made sure everything was fair and transparent. After the wedding, I even found out that there had been some behind-the-scenes issues that she resolved completely on her own — I never knew a thing about them because she had already handled everything.

During the events themselves, my husband and I had a designated team just to look after us — making sure we had food, drinks, and anything we needed. Everyone jokes that brides and grooms never eat at their weddings, but thanks to Tucco, that wasn’t the case! We were completely taken care of, every minute of every day.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Carla and her entire team. They are not just wedding planners — they are miracle workers, creative geniuses, and kind-hearted professionals who treat your wedding as if it were their own. If you’re lucky enough to work with them, trust them completely. They will exceed every expectation you have.

And yes, when I have my church wedding in the future — it will, without question, be organized by Tucco again.
