Beautiful and perfect dress. Even so, I think they should check the measurements. I ordered a size 40, which gives a hip measurement of 96 cm if I'm not mistaken. I have wider hips, but I followed the advice of a friend who ordered another dress in size 42 following the size chart, and then it was too big and she had to exchange it for a smaller size.

Both the suit and the dress I ordered are gorgeous, the quality is excellent, and they fit beautifully. In the end, I went with the suit because, although the dress was a real treat, the narrow skirt, combined with my wider hips, made it far too tight. I wish you made more styles with skirts of a different cut, as almost all your dresses are fitted. I've attached a photo as an example of a skirt style.

I ordered my dress from Seville, and although it's always a little nerve-wracking to know what might arrive when you've never ordered from a store before... when I received the package and opened the box, I knew I'd made the right choice. It was wrapped with such attention to detail and care. The dress was beautifully folded and... FANTASTIC! The size is true to size, a medium (in my case), so I don't need any alterations. The fabric is wonderful, the way the fringe drapes, the color... the lining... Definitely a place to keep in mind now that I'm going to live in Seville. A fantastic find! And quite affordable in terms of quality/price. (I waited to see if there were any summer sales on the dress I liked, and I got lucky; a dress that was €160 I got for €99, so fantastic!) Keep up the good work!

Very negative experience. I bought a dress that didn't fit and requested a return within the return window, but the company refused, claiming it was stained. The dress was only tried on, with the same care as in any physical store.

It feels like they're looking for excuses not to accept returns, which creates a total lack of trust as a customer. Customer service is unhelpful and unwilling to offer a reasonable solution. I wouldn't recommend buying here if you value a minimum guarantee and fair treatment in case of returns.

The suit was perfect, the size was accurate according to the measurements provided. The fabric was top quality.
I recommend this store 100%. I would buy any suit I need from them without hesitation.
The delivery was incredibly fast. They deserve a 10/10.
