Sold my house with Villas & Finca and can only say what a brilliant job they did. The presentation on the web was so professionally done the attention to detail was so good.

The team at Villas & Fincas were extremely helpful throughout the entire process — both before and after the purchase. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a property in the area.

Villas & Fincas Country Properties is First Class in professionalism and service, with expert knowledge of local governance critical to non-Spanish residents. Our representative, Anita Schmidt, went above and beyond to facilitate the successful completion of the purchase. We cannot express enough appreciation to Anita and her Team - THANK YOU ANITA!
I strongly recommend you and your firm!

The best! I have been buyer and seller with Villas & Fincas and it's always a pleasure to work with all the team. I would highlight the professionality and transparency during all process and knowledge of this particular segment of the market.

We are extremely grateful to the wonderful team at Villa’s & Finca’s for their expertise when purchasing our new home. Each step of the process was clear and easy to follow, and communication was seamless, with no surprises. We felt comfortable from the very beginning.

Their vast knowledge of the region makes V&F’s an excellent choice when buying or selling a property. It is rare to find a business that is both professional and thoughtful. We love our new home and feel thankful every day that after many years of envisioning our Spanish lifestyle, we are living it. Thanks to V&F’s it’s even better than we could have hoped for.
