The service in this store has always been very pleasant. There is an extremely kind, professional and very competent man working there who has always helped me. He listens carefully to customers and always finds the best possible solutions. If any problem arises, he does his best to resolve it quickly and efficiently.

I have visited this store several times and every time I have been very satisfied with the service I received.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Vodafone store. I visited twice in two days. The first time, I was informed that the system was down. The second time, I was told that they had no SIM cards available and that the system was still down. This wasted my time for nothing. I expected much better customer service from Vodafone.

I do not recommend buying prepaid SIM cards here. Staff is charging an extra €5 “activation fee”, even though activation is actually free. The tariff was not the one I requested, and all my personal data was entered incorrectly in the system

If I can give 0 star, I would have. I just moved to Spain from the US. My Spanish is limited so I used Google translate to ask Vodafone people how to add more minutes and data onto my current plan. Neither of the sales speak much English. The guy was positively rude. He didn't want to bother with Google Translate and just yelled at me in Spanish. After I figured out that I was supposed to pay at the supermarket across from them, I did so and went back with the receipt. I wanted to know how to activate. He made the hand gesture that said he wanted me to go away. It was beyond rude. I am a paying customer who just paid the company to upgrade the plan and he treated me like a bothersome bug. Wow. I think I'll take my business elsewhere when this plan runs out.

I visited this store to buy a prepaid SIM, however as soon as I told the store sales agent that I wanted a prepaid SIM, he immediately told me they are not in stock and to go to another store. This is the 3rd time this has happened in a Vodafone Spain store. It's clear to me the agents are not incentivised to sell these type of SIM and perhaps the administration time is not worth the effort for them. I went to Orange and bought my prepaid SIM.
