I'd been training at the same box for several years because it was close to my house.

I'd been training at the same box for several years because it was close to my house. I tried several others and found this one, and it made me feel the same as my first box.
David is the coach; he's always attentive to us, teaches us the technique, motivates us, encourages us, and trains with us.
If you're looking for a box, don't hesitate, try it out. The prices are affordable, and the quality is unbeatable.

The gym, trainer, and atmosphere are outstanding!
We train in groups of no more than ten people, and David, our coach, always adapts the workout to your level and needs. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

I used to think CrossFit was impossible for me, but here I've realized it's not. David, the coach, helps us with everything and always adapts it to our needs, even when we have an injury. He and the rest of the team are very attentive; it's a real pleasure to train there!

Small box but with a great atmosphere.
From day one, it felt like I'd been training there for years.

David, the coach, is a genius!!!

I recommend it if you want to start practicing this sport.

A really great gym, the atmosphere is fantastic, you feel included from the very first moment. The coach is very attentive and always helps, corrects you, and is on top of everything. Without a doubt, one of the best gyms.
