What once seemed like a distant and impossible dream is now the place I will call home.
It has been a few years of very difficult moments, of dashed hopes, endless tears, and frayed nerves, but today, seeing my house finally finished, I feel that every step and every hardship was worth it.

I want to sincerely thank A.J.M.A Proyectos y Reformas for this construction that seemed impossible to accomplish. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment made it possible to turn a dream into a reality. We had a complete renovation done by AJMA and, overall, we're very happy with the result. As with any project, there were a few details that could be improved, but the experience was positive, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars.

Sergio was always quick and clear in his responses. They were available at all times to answer questions and solve any problems that arose.

Juan Carlos, the site manager, along with the entire team, was also excellent. They're young but experienced, and very pleasant.

They kept us informed throughout, consulted us on important decisions, and maintained good communication throughout the entire renovation.

They did all the electrical work, all the plumbing, bathrooms, flooring, and tiling. Apart from a few minor details that could be improved, the work turned out very well, and we're satisfied with the final result.

That said, as with practically any renovation, it's wise to keep an eye on some details to avoid shortcuts or rushed finishing touches. But when we pointed something out, they usually corrected it without any problem. Furthermore, we are confident that Sergio would promptly address any issues that might arise, as he inspires confidence and they are a reputable company.

A major plus is that they finished ahead of schedule, and there were no surprises or unexpected cost overruns, something that is greatly appreciated during a renovation and that we valued immensely.

In short, a great experience and a highly recommended company for all types of renovations in Malaga.

I'm giving them one star because I can't give them less.

Last summer I hired these people to remove a plasterboard ceiling, patch some holes connected to the downpipe, and install a drywall ceiling, since I had cockroaches in the false ceiling.

They did everything in one day, rushing to get paid. I was happy with the result, but at the beginning of this summer I saw that I still had cockroaches in the false ceiling.

I hired an exterminator, and he told me that the false ceiling still had quite a few holes and that the cockroaches were attracted by the garbage that was in there.

I was surprised. I had it fumigated and removed the false ceiling. I saw that the clever workers had left beer cans inside the false ceiling, along with food wrappers, and that they hadn't patched all the holes I pointed out.

A disaster. Be careful about hiring these people.

Edit in response to the answer given: My wife contacted you saying she had found cans inside the false ceiling, and you replied that it must have been an oversight or something (So, what else are you going to tell her...)
