Today, April 25th, I went to buy lottery tickets around 11:00 AM. The elderly woman who served me was very disrespectful and rude. I was trying to explain what I wanted, but she kept interrupting me, telling me to be quiet. She was very bossy and answered me quite rudely. I won't be going back because the service was terrible. To avoid making things worse and filing a complaint, I decided to leave. But I definitely won't be returning. This person is not qualified to work with the public.
